We know handing over your holiday budget requires trust. This page explains how bookings made with Easy4Travel are protected.
ATOL / financial protection
Easy4Travel is a member of the Travel Trust Association (TTA), membership number Q5536. All client money is held securely in a trust account under TTA's Trust Model, and where your booking includes flights, ATOL financial protection is provided through this TTA membership. Ask us for full details before you book.
Where your booking includes flights protected by the Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) scheme, you will receive an ATOL Certificate once your booking is confirmed, explaining what is financially protected, where to get more information, and who to contact if something goes wrong. ATOL protection is provided by the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and protects you if the ATOL holder stops trading — refunds or repatriation are arranged in line with the ATOL Regulations. If your booking is not protected under the ATOL scheme, we will tell you clearly before you confirm it.
Package Travel Regulations
Package holidays sold to UK consumers are covered by the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, which set out your rights to pre-contract information, assistance, and refunds in specified circumstances.
Complaints & dispute resolution
If you're ever dissatisfied with your booking or our service, contact us at contact@ez4travel.co.uk or +44 7886 272656 — ideally in writing, with your booking reference and a description of the issue. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and respond in full within 28 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may be able to refer the dispute to the Travel Trust Association (TTA) for independent review under our membership, number Q5536.
