Terms & Conditions

1. About us and these terms

Easy4Travel, trading name of Easy4 Travel Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 10438847), 94 Vesper Road, Leeds LS5 3QS, West Yorkshire, UK. Contact: contact@ez4travel.co.uk, +44 7886 272656. These terms apply to all bookings made with us. By asking us to confirm a booking, the lead traveller confirms they are over 18, authorised to accept these terms for everyone in the party, and responsible for payment.

Depending on the specific package, we act either as the organiser (where we put the arrangements together ourselves) or as an agent selling a package or travel arrangements organised by another operator, such as EasyJet Holidays. We will make clear which applies to your booking before you confirm it; where we act as agent, the relevant operator's own booking conditions also apply to your trip alongside these terms.

2. Quotes, prices and confirmation

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. All prices are subject to availability and may change until your booking is confirmed. Your booking is confirmed when we issue a written confirmation (by email) after receiving your deposit or full payment. Please check the confirmation immediately and tell us about any errors within 48 hours.

3. Payment

A deposit is payable at booking: £100 per booking for package holidays that include flights, hotels and transfers, or 50% of the total cost for flight-only bookings. The full balance — for both package bookings and flights-only bookings — must be paid no later than 6 weeks before departure. If the balance is not paid on time we may cancel the booking and retain the deposit. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, or via a secure payment link.

4. Financial protection

Easy4Travel is a member of the Travel Trust Association (TTA), membership number Q5536. All client money is held securely in a trust account under TTA's Trust Model, and where your booking includes flights, ATOL financial protection is provided through this TTA membership. Ask us for full details before you book.

Where your booking includes flights protected by the Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) scheme, you will receive an ATOL Certificate once your booking is confirmed. This explains what is financially protected, where to get more information, and who to contact if something goes wrong.

ATOL protection is provided by the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and protects you if the ATOL holder stops trading — refunds or repatriation are arranged in line with the ATOL Regulations.

If your booking is not protected under the ATOL scheme, we will tell you clearly before you confirm it; other financial protection may apply depending on the arrangements you have booked. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

5. If you change or cancel

All changes and cancellations must be sent to us in writing by the lead traveller.

Package bookings (flights, hotels and transfers combined): if you cancel more than 6 weeks before departure, your deposit is non-refundable but any further funds you have paid towards the trip will be refunded. If you cancel within 6 weeks of departure, no refund is payable — the full balance is due and non-refundable from that point.

Flight-only bookings are non-refundable from the point of booking.

Many flight tickets are non-refundable from the moment they are issued. We strongly recommend travel insurance from the date of booking, which may cover cancellation for insured reasons.

6. If we change or cancel

Occasionally suppliers change or cancel arrangements. For minor changes we will tell you as soon as possible. For significant changes or cancellation of a package before departure, you may choose between accepting the change, an alternative holiday (paying or receiving any price difference), or a full refund of payments made for the package. Where required by the Package Travel Regulations 2018, refunds are made within 14 days of cancellation. We are not liable for changes or cancellations caused by unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances beyond our control.

7. Passports, visas and health

You are responsible for ensuring every traveller has a valid passport, any required visas, and meets entry and health requirements for the destination and any transit points. Requirements vary by nationality — check gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice and the relevant embassies in good time. We are not liable if you are refused travel or entry because documents are missing or invalid.

8. Travel insurance

Adequate travel insurance is a condition of booking with us. Your policy should cover medical expenses, repatriation, cancellation and baggage as a minimum, for the whole party and the whole trip.

9. Our responsibility

Where we act as organiser of your package, we accept responsibility for the proper performance of the travel services included, subject to these terms and the limits in the Package Travel Regulations 2018. Where we act as agent for another operator, our responsibility is limited to arranging your booking with reasonable skill and care; the operator or supplier named on your booking confirmation is responsible for the performance of the travel arrangements themselves, and their own terms and liability limits apply to your trip.

In either case, we are not liable for failures caused by you, by a third party unconnected with the services, or by unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances. Where we act as organiser, our liability is limited in accordance with applicable international conventions (such as the Montreal Convention for air travel) and, except for death or personal injury, [to X times the price of your booking — a common standard is 3x, but confirm the figure you want before publishing].

10. Complaints and dispute resolution

If a problem arises during your trip, tell the supplier and contact us immediately on +44 7886 272656 so we can help put it right. We are committed to providing exceptional service, and if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your booking or our service afterwards, we want to resolve your concerns as quickly and fairly as possible.

Step 1 — contact us. Please get in touch as soon as possible by email at contact@ez4travel.co.uk or by phone on +44 7886 272656. We recommend submitting your complaint in writing, including your booking reference, a description of the issue, any supporting documents or photographs, and the outcome you are seeking.

Step 2 — our investigation. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to provide a full written response within 28 days. If we need more time due to the complexity of the matter, we will keep you informed of our progress.

Step 3 — escalation. If you are not satisfied with our final response, and your booking is covered by our Travel Trust Association (TTA) membership, membership number Q5536, you may be able to refer the dispute to the TTA for independent review in accordance with its dispute resolution procedures.

11. Law and jurisdiction

These terms and your booking are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales (or your local courts in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there).
